Anonymous Unregistered A	Man! Thanks for the pix! The Barton 68 Dart makes me smile--I pulled it from behind a house--1/2 of the front suspension was gone so I had two pieces of firewood wedged in there to help it roll--loaded it up and delivered to the North Carolina guy that first sent it out to be made into what it is today. Wish I had a picture but was just thinking of that little bit of $$ I would make for dragging in a solid 68 Dart core---ahhh....the good old days.

In case you missed it he was offering some tickets he got to anyone who would use them and not sell them. My son and some friends go Friday every year and this year my boy was laid off so Andre gave me the tickets to help out. Fortunately (or unfortunately) he got called back to work and missed a great day of racing. Thanks again Andre, we used YOUR tickets and sold the one my friend bought on line for face value. Guys like you are one of the big reason I love this sport and specifically Mopars. Dan

The drag pak engine I believe is the one Helms blew up in A/S finals and was tore down somewhat. Saturday the track was absolutely packed. Sunday was pretty busy as well, similar to previous years but I think weather held some up. Hopefully some mopars can go some rounds tomorrow. A mopar hasnt won stock since Al Corda in 93', and Don MacCallum in SS in 94'. Dan pleasure to meet you. Bet you got a sun tan Friday.
