Just found a mint original air grabber hood with all the hardware.
I've got the inside of the car all ready to shoot out with primer and it will be painted black shortly after. I'll have pics soon...

Just picked up this diecast model. It's really detailed and this is pretty much what my car will look like except mine will have the v21 painted hood treatment and black steel rims. It actually has a carpet in it(lol).

I passed on that car when it was in NJ only cause it didn't have A/C. Sure wish I didn't now. Looks good!

Also I made some progress on mine. Now I need to block it out one more time and see where I'm at. Should be ready for paint pretty soon. The inside of the car is already shot out gloss black.

alittle closer, sealer had some dust in so I'm going to lightly scotch brite it and seal it again then maybe paint black.

It's a hemi orange r/t se 383 car. It got hit early on in life on the left front corner. The orange is all original paint.

Thought I was going to have to come up with some money but false alarm(lol). There's two cars that I would sell this car for and one is a 69 1/2 bee, and the other is a 71 cuda 340 vert. Probably picking up another 70 satellite vert real soon. It's one we sold for $100.00 back along time ago. Looks like we might be getting it back. It's really rough but restorable. This one is not nearly as rare as my black one being it's a 318 car.

I talked to the second owner of my black satellite ragtop and he told me that his son used the car to travel back and forth to college back in 82.

I totally understand. My friends say that I have Mopar ADD. All of my Mopars are eventually sold to get the next "high" if you will. I never could figure out how some of my buddies can hang onto the same cars for decades!

I've had my share of cars, I love them all but cant aford to keep the one I have to get another. I try to work my way up to a better car most of the time. Some times I will need to pay a bill and have to get into more of a project car then I wanted to get into. I always try to find the rare ones or ones that are different from the rest. Lately it seems like I brake even and I really dont care as long as I get to drive them every year . Another one of my favorite parts about this hobby is finding them. It's a thrill trying to track them down when you get a lead on one.
