Looking to see some vids on these cars or pix, don't list any tubbed cars, i'm talking small tire drag radial A bodies running in the 5s 1/8 mile, I found a tannish dart on you-tube & didn't save it , This is where i'd like 2 be one day if i strike it rich . Love to have a SB nitrous drag radial dart in the 5s, something in mean street class. So show me what you have if anything, or post up some vids of kick-ass small tire A bodies.

Probably runs a 9" rear and a gm tranny as well.lol. when you get rich and build a low 5 sec high 4 sec small tired Mopar, you will see just how difficult it is to be competitive. And you better mini tub yours as well. After you dump 50-60K in a car and a class your car is built for no longer exists, you have an unmanagable street car. Or you start spending money on a minitub job. Always build a car to fit more than one class cuz you never know! I would show you mine but it is minitubbed as well.
2010 Toxic Orange Challenger built by B and B Racecars! All aluminum R4/P5 engine, Proformance TH400 (3 speed) tranny, full Reid case, nodular 9" rearend, full Dragpak suspension, Protorque custom converter, BS3, PTE 85mm turbo, fire core wires, carbon doors, carbon front clip, and a whole lot more!

Mini tubbed is fine, so is a 10" tire, just so it looks the part, not some tubbed out moheemoth , I just don't like the looks of those cars , never have. Fast small tire cars with nice wheelies have always impressed me, low 5s & dipping into the 4s is cookin IMO for a mopar small tire car, mid 5s is just fine, at say 120+ mph.

vid from my last race on 275's car was not running good http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XIAy4dueAOg
Yeah baby!! Thats what i'm talkin bout, I love em!!. I've always liked the graphics on that car . If only you could bring that down during the streetmeet shootout at our track, you'de put a wippen on alot of stangs & GMs, though theres a few in the 4s, That dart would "by far" be the favorite hands down .
I just noticed powered by a SBF, would that be ford??
yes someday i may change but not right now

Well in that case, if say you did ever run at our track, i couldn't brag of it being a mopar, because the furd guys would be hounding the mopar guys saying yeah but looks whats powering it , just wouldn't be right. There was a 64-65 chevy-II wagon at our track with a sbf & twin turbos running in the 4s, i ask him why a ford, he said thats all he had laying around, so why not . I haven't seen the car in a while, but just last week ran into him & said where's the chevy-II, he said its parked behind a barn, family comes 1st. He is out there every weekend with the other fast cars he's involved in.
May i ask what size sbf is it?

I built my car for ORSCA Modified Street, which is close to Mean Street or the ORTC Ultimate Street class. Now ORSCA is gone and there's only a couple ORTC races a year, I don't have a class around here to run other than some smallblock nitrous races and all these guys have a couple foggers and are 2600#. My car has stock uncut rear fenderwells, 9" wheel, 275/60 or 28x10.5, 8 3/4 rear, caltracs, 2 speed trany, X block, W9, single stage plate. Finally getting it down the track consistantly and ready to race. May head up to Jackson Tn. on the 2nd and go to Holly Springs on the 3rd. Don't know how to post anything using this iphone, could email some video or pics if someone else could post it.

I think you are just waiting on me to figure out the turbo/ W8 deal. Lol. With all your winnings you could have built two of my longblocks. Yours is impressive. Mine is getting close to being figured out. I probably make more power than you just need the right converter.

I second the statement about building your car to fit more than one class. It seems classes and rules change every year so you have to be able to adapt your car to whats "in" at the time. Thats the whole reason we need to do so many updates on our car. Everything has been an afterthought trying to keep up with rule changes, safety equipment changes, etc. It would be nice to be able to just build one from scratch but it costs way too much money! Our car is an A-body that runs deep into the 5's as well. Mini tubs and 28 x 10.5 tires. Low 5.20s and 137mph so far. Soon to be even faster....
Any vids

LOOKS LIKE MOPARTS IS FINALLY COMING INTO THE 1990'S.....LMAO
Ok, "light brown" , but it is more of a tan color that "could" pass as a light brown or even beige , there for "TANNISH"
