The rockers pictured in that post are not the CAT stainless rocker arms. I have some CAT stainless rockers and they have bushings, and the body by the roller tip drops down to locate the valve stem. I have not used mine yet, but I was told the adjusters are not heat treated correctly? They came with stock looking stamped hold downs that could use some tweeking to get the rocker arms to locate over the valves better. I have some T&D hold downs and studs that I will probably use.

The guy who made that post seems adamant they are CAT - however another guy in the thread raises the same question you have (see below) - It may be that CAT have changed their design at some point?
