You may need the chrysler kickdown adapter/throttle linkage part that they sell seperately. When I bought my 800 avs in the picture I posted earlier I had to go back and pick up the adaptor thingy that bolts onto the existing linkage.

Oh, and don't try taking the carb from the box and bolting it right on the car. I have put 5 or 6 of them on and from my experience they are just thrown together. You MUST take the lid off and check the float drop in both directions and make sure the jets are tight. Turn the two air mixture screws all the way in and then back them out 2-1/2 - 3-1/2 turns. This will get it close enough that it should run and you can fine tune it with a vacume guage later.

Also if you bought the electric choke model there is a fast idle screw hidden way down on the linkage. The last carb I put on this screw was way out of adjustment and when I went to start the engine the rpm went sky high instantly. Scared the crap out of me and not good on the engine.
