Driver mod is always an important one to go along with the test n' tune. I've seen Hemi 'cuda barely get out of the 15's. Yet that same car on that same day with a little work and a whole lot better driving could have see 12's too imo.

In your case, all things ideal including traction/suspension, 12.7's 108.
