no idea who he's going to send it to, but I have had EXCELLENT service and quality from a shop in Piqua Ohio. D&D Brightworks or something to that effect, been a few years since I took anything to them, so I can't remember their name, but they're on the south side of downtown piqua in a tiny little building. when I take stuff in, they can't give a quote, they just say "time and materials, don't want to give you an inaccurate quote" if the part is super straight and only needs a "scuff, dip, buff" then it'll be a lot cheaper than if they need to metal work it to get dents and stuff out.

they do all their chrome work in house too, no shipping out to another place.
