Ahhhhhhhhhhh! It's a great day! Osama is dead and my Charger is charging with the '70 setup charging system. When you mentioned "grounding", I knew I had neglected this area. The '70 reg. has a beautiful THICK paint job and I took the Dremel and sanded off some of the paint. Now...........ITS CHARGING! Thank you thank you thank you for all your posts and help.
