Matt Cramer and a co-author have a good EFI book out. Matt (and maybe the other guy, too?) are from DIYAutotune, one of the big distributors of Megasquirt products. EDIT: this book is pictured a couple of posts higher in this thread.

There's a decent turbo book with a yellow Mazda last-gen RX7 on the cover. Can't remember the title/author... EDIT: here it is:

I have probably 15 EFI and turbo books and I've read them all. From memory of what I have, I'd keep the 2 Banish books, Cramer, Corky Bell, and the yellow Mazda book.

The others have small snippets of info, but not worth buying until you've fully absorbed the ones I've listed IMHO.
