You will have a hard time using a 70 decoder as the tag is from a 68 Charger. I hope 1) your car is a 68 and there is a typo in your subject line or 2) you know how a 68 tag wound up on a 70.

G1 should be a number. It's probably 61.
SERIAL NUMBER is actually the Sales Order Number, not the VIN.
CGX is actually C6X = black bucket seat interior.
