You're probably thinking of the Palco or Acuform ABS panels.
On the Dash pad, if your car has factory air conditioning you'll want to use Just Dashes. If you don't need the AC vents in your dash, you might consider using Ultimate Rides, but make sure you go through a middle man that can get their attention. Ultimate Rides will ignore you if you try to deal with them direct.
recently I've heard of someone new, SuperDashes, or something like that. There was a thread here within the last month or so. So far people like them. I think Mike at BEA has their contact info.
