Dear ragtopdodge, Hi, it is real wood , and the switch does not work, we have been working 3 three years on this project and the company could not get the horn switch right. Some of the guys were after us to get them out as they are so we put them up at a reduced cost and stated in the add that the switch doesn't work. We are working with a locla guy on the switch with little success so far . Thanks - stripeclassics
