Yes it is...The machines I run process about 84000# of whole milk per hour. We dry condensed skim which translates to around 8500# an hour of dried product. The plant I am going to makes coffee creamer. I sure hope Blue Boy uses it!! I sure hope if time permts,I can get another top ten in Pro E.T.!!
