what's the story behind this car and the low mileage?

I found the car online in 2000, was on Auto Trader or something like that.

The car had been donated to a very historic Church, in Kaskaskia ,Illinois.
The nephew of the church treasurer had posted it online. I do not remember a photo but did note the low mileage, and reasonable price.
I asked for pictures.

The dealer sticker on the trunk say's (Northwest)Chrysler ? St. Ann Missouri.

The original owner I was told was a Mr. Tom Reeves, of Waterloo, Ill.

I never spoke with him. I was told that he was a long haul truck driver for Mopar and so he did not drive it much.
They also told me I think that there was a co owner with him.

They told me the car was not titled untill 1997.Said owner lived in a small town and did not get around to it.

The title does show car was purchased used in 1998,Does not list any previous owner on the title.

Perhaps from the co owner?

Anyways, I already had a 77 New Yorker and with the low miles on this one, thought it would be nice to keep the mileage low and the car safe off the road.

I have driven it 6 or 7 hundred miles in 10 years.
I used to start it every month but do it less often now because the car is in a storage unit away from my house and in one of those vinyl zip up bags.

The car has always started for me. I did have to replace a leaking fuel pump. Have done the brakes, and tires.

I do keep fuel stabilizers in the tank.
I do the maintenance to keep it running. Flush the fluids every few years.
It does have a leaky heater core that I by passed when I bought her.
The AC system needs serviced.

Not a # 1 show car but from 10 feet it does look new.

I'll ask my family about that name. Mom and her family is from Waterloo.
