The front metal cover should have black phosp. screws and not clear zinc ones like in the pic shown above. I have noticed that the screw head markings on them are different between the #680 and #681 boxes also. I paint the black metal cover plate with a gloss black enamel with a little bit of flattening agent mixed in so it isn't overly glossy.
