The whole trip wasn't even that expensive (for what it was). Direct flight $800, Our own furnished Villa for the week 300 Euro's and the rental Fiat Panda was around 100 euros for the week. Villa and rental car we split.

Most trips to Mexico can be more than that and you are stuck on some compound or "resort" with a bunch of kids running around.

OH and all the beaches are topless (its Europe) that ALONE made it worth it. Dang there was some NICCCEEE stuff walking around...even right outside the villa at the pool all day
