Jason, I don't have any pics for you but I did a 37 dodge a long time ago and it went well and rode great.
you said you have a must II front end, is it out of a mustang or is it an aftermarket unit?
I would recommend the fatman unit as it is built very beefy, with that being said I am very cheap and most of the ones I have done are cut from pintos or mustang II's.
when you put one in a 36 frame just remember not to mount the front end to high on the frame, those frames have a very high raise to them(around 5-6" from the bottom of the frame)
the one that I did had the upper "A" arms just above the top of the frame and I used stock arms so I made reliefs in the frame just in case I needed it for alignment(I did not have any clearance problems after it was done)I did not need to make the clearance in the frame, and if you went with tube A arms you wont need the frame notches.
