With the age of the vehicle, the seals at the bottom are leaking and blowing coolant out over the hot block and and it is evaporating. This occurs when the engine is hot and driven for an extended time. Jeep TJ and ZJ models are known for this leak. I am not rich...but I get off my ass everyday to make sure I am not broke! Can we get the Mexican cartels to help us with our supply chain issues? They don't seem to have any trouble getting stuff from one place to another.
