I used quality forged in my motor because it see's regular hard use and I agree with above post about why cut corners.

If the motor will see an easy life, then you may be ok with K/B parts.




"my motor will live an easy life" is usualy a very bad excuse wich often means noone will care about getting it tuned in just right,at some point someone will step on it and if the tune is lean or to much timing there will be broken pistons,wich may or may not ruin the block and or more.. may also happen from other fuelrelated isues. good pistons are a cheap insurance since they have a much better chance of survival
