Currently has headers out to Bullets out to a slight bend. It is not a full exhaust and I do not think I will be able to run a full exhaust.

So I am thinking off the headers to some electric cutouts to muffs then dump out in front of rear tires.

Looking to see what my best bet for muffs are to get a respectable street tone with out it being too loud.

ditto. I bought a 67 GTX w/ mani's 2.5 X-pipe and BIG factory mufflers...no tail pipes and it sounded awful. You need tail pipes to get the job done. They do more than you think. If you don't run tail pipes do not dump the exhaust towards the ground, either direct it out towards the sides or towards each other.
