My measurements on a just a shipping scale

Factory 7/8" Solid Sway Bar 7 lbs
Addco 1 1/8" Solid Sway Bar 13 1/2 lbs
Hellwig Hollow 1 1/8" Sway Bar 7 3/4 lbs
Hellwig Hollow 1 1/4" Sway Bar 8 3/4 lbs

You'll notice the center is not exactly curved like original. That is because it is a thicker bar and it will hit the K-member if you just make the factory bar "thicker". And it wouldn't be a bad idea for someone to give it some extra room just in case if someone wanted an even bigger diameter bar.
