Its 2 stage. ppg dbc 9700 black base with a little house of kolor candy blue added to kill the brown hue in the 9700.

Over that is SPI brand universal clear. 9 coats of clear.
Spi clear is really good stuff that is relatively cheap, 100.00 a gallon sprayable.
sands and buffs very easily.
all color sanded for the like glass look.

The stripe is house of kolor neon orange, 2 stage.
