You are correct... and I believe Badder was the
president of the IHRA at that time so THEY were banned
from all of the IHRA tracks.... but in the end it
was Bill that made the call so he had enough evidence
(in his mind) to make the call... I know my brother
raced against Dave back then and I'm sure they were
using it at that time only because he was DEAD on
many times in a row(even when he didnt need to...
