I pulled my car behind a class c like that with a 440. Hidden hitch, and others, do make a hitch for that chassis. It was relatively easy to install.

BUT keep in mind, the frame construction on those is not very heavy. There were also variables in how the frames were lengthened so you may be mounting the hitch onto something that has been welded on to the vehicle frame to make it longer.
Probably not, but better look under. Even unmolested, the frame is sheet metal, not cast iron on that type of motor home. Just like a B series Van. Not heavy enough for enclosed

My class A winni has an iron truck frame, but the last 4 feet is channel that was welded on by winnebago. I reinforced it with 6" channel to make sure it was up to pulling my 20ft flat deck.
