There was an article in one of the mags several years back about this. They tested numerous diff lights, some dialback, some non-dialback, and if I remember right, the el cheapo non-dialback light did the best. The dialback lights wouldnt stay steady for whatever reason, and I found that to be true with my Sears dialback light. Just used my Dad's old non-dialback after that.
