Here's the thing. My 69 Charger door handles are usable but not that great. I have a pair of 74 Valiant door handles that are pretty nice. I'm wondering if the outer cast handle itself is the same? If so I can just swap the guts out of the 69 handles into the 74 ones and be in business...I hope. But I have heard there are issues with the way the angle of the handle is as it mates up against the door skin. Or is that the reproduction door handles? Has anybody had any experience with a swap like this?
