If you cross the relay and it starts/cranks...the starter must be good as power is getting there by jumping the relay



If it cranks over when you jump the pins with a screwdriver, the starter is fine, your problem is elsewhere. Try taking apart and cleaning/recrimping all connections and see if that helps.
