Did you replace the lean burn w (1)stock type, 4 terminal ballast/5 pin ecu or (2) a 2 terminal ballast/4 pin ecu?. check the cranking voltage at the batt for a baseline. If using (2), the "point" of the ecu pentastar connector must get near this voltage in "start" then higher charging voltage there when it starts and if #(1)also another pin on the 5 pin ecu must get fire thru the ~6 ohm compensating half of the 4 terminal ballast. Check the wiring diagram in the archives and grab your VOM (& a helper to turn the key)
