You can unbolt the lines from the calipers and turn them 180* so they face the rear when the calipers are rear-mounted (side-to-side spindle swap). The lines have a steel tubing section that can be bent as necessary to prevent stress on the flexible portion with suspension travel. The calipers might hit the shocks when mounted this way, check it for clearance. You don't need to change anything but go easy when turned to full lock.
