To be honest Tony 9.5 will blow the needle off the
seat but YOUR gauge might say 9.5 but with a accurate
gauge it WILL be lower, more like 8.5 max






it runs fine at 9.5, I put 2 different guages on and checked it. no problem with the needle and seat. anything less and it ran out of fuel at the mph marker. I slowly increased it from 7.5 to 9.5. everytime the car got better.
