Not hard to do at all. Only real thing to note is that you need an inch pound torque wrench to do the adjustment. I think it takes a 12 point socet to fit on the column spline end to check that adjustment I'm talking about.

The race at the bottom of the box is the real wild card. The one I did was in good shape. I don't know what you would do if that race needed to be changed...
