What would you do? I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0. The Jeep runs great and has plenty of power. But, it does "use" about a gallon of coolant every 600-700 miles. And the oil pressure is not want I want it to be, I have to run heavyweight oil in it to keep the pressure up. According to the research I have done, the 2000 Jeeps had a head issue that causes a hairline crack in the center of the head and allows coolant to leak into the engine and damage the bearings. I am thinking this is whats wrong with mine due to the coolant useage and the low oil pressure. A head job will run about $750-$900, I really don't want to do just a head job because that will still leave me with bad bearings and low oil pressure. A fresh engine will run around $1800 or so and right now I don't have the extra money to do that either. So, let me ask you guys what would ya'll do? See the above poll

What should I do with a 2000 Jeep that loses some coolant?
