Surprised to hear that, considering when dwayne(fast68plymouth) flow tested both stealths and e-heads(straight out of the box), the stealth and RPM's flowed within 5% of each other at all lifts. So unless those eddy's were victors, I find a 40hp difference(with no other tuning changes) hard to believe unless something was defective on one of the stealth heads.
