Would you install one on your car?


I was just shuffling through some old boxes I had and found a an Autometer trans temp gauge (matches the other 4 gauges in my car now) and pondering on an installation if needed. I dunno though. I don't tow anything. I have a trans cooler and an overdrive...what are the chances of it heating up?

Where does it thread into anyways? It has a probe similar to a water jacket temp. Looks like a 3/8 NPT
