Those headlights look good, and would answer what I'm going to do for turn signals.
Almost any engine will fit and as said no hood means one less problem. This is my 37 Dodge, I'm planning on keeping the top of the hood, but sides are available is you need them and if they work (I suspect they are the same as the Plymouth).
