No kidding but they are the only clutch pack applied in D first and if it chatters like a clutch slipping in D first it's the rear clutches. And he already said it did it in manual low so that eliminates the overrunning clutch which is also on in D first. Which now that I look closer is about what you said in your first post. Ron
