I remember a shop that was sonic checking 318 blocks and boring them to 4". Strokers were coming out at 402 inches. Or just get that 360 and build a 408-426" small block. That'd be my advice.




even easier, there's a big "360" cast into the side of the block behind where the starter would sit.....and the damper will be ~ 1.125" thick...


It should be an E58 motor and if it is all original, it will have little stickers ( in most cases ) on the front of the valve covers that read "Premium 360".
