We still dont know much. Fact is him and my sister was divorced a few years back. He was still a good father, and friend..Him and my sister was always on good terms, and never had any problems.
He was dating a girl that Lived in Portsmouth Oh, from what we know he was at her Ex boy friends house when this happened. They still haven't made any arrests...This really angers me.
He said it was self defense. Which is a joke against Gene, he was a kind and gentle man, and never was a violent person.
He was shot in the chest, and managed to make it to his truck..He was pronounced DOA at the local Hospital..
We have many unanswered questions...We just dont understand how this could happen.
I hope we have some closure. I feel sorry for his son, my nephew..he is 10 now not 9..his birthday is in a few days...
What a shitty way to remember your birthday hu?
