Murray pulled good numbers over the years, but he sure broke a ton of parts. Braid's new car looked promising, then vanished.
Dal and RP in the Mustangs were quicker than Murray or Braid... both went 6s I do believe, and much more frequently and regularly than either Murray and Braid ..
Braid didn't quite hit the 6's, and his crew-chief now owns the car and it hasn't been running for a few years.
Not any more, Murray's new car is already faster than any of the Stangs ever were.... He says the car is capable of 6.10's (the mph says it's possible), and he hopes to one day hit 5.70's, 'this car has headlights for a reason' he added.... I suspect he may be going after 'world's fastest street car' title....
FTR I agree with what most say, these aren't real street cars (10 miles to a tank), but they are fun to watch.
