I am building a 431 right now as a street motor. Cut down 440 steel crank with ly rods (6.76)and Ross pistons.Bobweight is 220 grams heavier than my 440 Source kit 470 kit but still very light.Depending on your choice of con rods some builds will needs oil ring support rails for the piston oil ring.Deck height should be ok as long as it isn't less than 9.980.
