It will be fine, Its got 200K on it so it obviousley has gotten by the horrid valve spring issue on the earlie 2003-2004 hemis. I have replaced dozzens of sets, the suplier, comp, had a bad spann of them and we got a few under warrenty, but most made it to 45k+
They are a good truck, and pull ok. still not a cummins, but they are 5-8k cheaper...
