thanks for the tips so far. I had the UV dye so I put that in the trans and it was indeed coming from the inspection cover so I pulled the trans.

Now when I removed the seal it was kind of hard to tell if that was the cause. I'd like to think it was but since it was mentioned that the bushing could be problem, I'd like to be sure before putting the trans back it.

Is there anything I should look for when inspecting this bushing? Any tell-tale signs I should be looking for. Oh and to clarify, this is the bushing that the converter fits into correct (right behind the front seal)?
