Most people seem to buy their factory replacement speakers from turnswitch.com. That is if you're using a factory radio. Aftermarket radio's would use different speaker ohms.
Most so called speaker restoration places plate/re-cone, but don't have the equipment to properly re-magnetize the magnet. Do you plan on listening to your radio? Big_Money_Lewis has more info on this stuff.

i just went through the same thing with my a12 superbee. i got the one from turnswitch.com, instead of reconing the old one.its not worth the aggravation and cost, unless you have a oe gold car, go with the factory replacement from turnswitch, once its under the dash you'll never see it. also Gregs customer service is excellant.
