hi daytonaturbo had a friend that had the same problem.on a jeep. put a new starter on it,no go. it's in the cable,the cable will corride down inside the insulation,and you can't see it. take a test light,and start at the top of post. and work your way down.about every 1/2" or so. as you work your way down and the light does not come on.you have found the problem.a thing like that can drive ya nuts,trying to find the problem. we put a new cable on,and it woked just fine.
