Try a set of front springs for a V10 and remove the rear block between the leafsprings and rear axle.

That should lower it about 2". The V8 2500 springs or Power Wagon springs can be used if the V10's don't do enough. Have to do your research on the spring rates before buying parts.

If you lower it any more the front will bottom out
