it seems almost all upholstery business, whether it be covers or shops doing the work, have exorbitant lead times for products or doing work.
i had a seem come apart in the driver's seat back on my charger, and the local shop [who does excellent work] wanted almost 11 months lead time.
well, that worked out ok for me, as that put the repair into november of last year.
i dropped it off at the time stated, and it took him until february of this year to get it done. good thing i wasn't in a hurry..............
he did very good work, charged an excellent price for the work done, and even made some replacement buttons for free.
however, i still do not have the seat back installed yet.............. [i'm only half-fast these days. ]
