i will only comment that i have been the nice guy MANY times in my life and at almost 70 I'm questioning the generosity as it has rarely be acknowledged or reciprocated. I try to not let those experiences change/guide me, but I have become a lot more cautious. 10K seems high but how much value will it add to the car? 1, 2, 5, 50K
The answer to that question IMO determines the value of the document. I'm not saying if it increases the value by X amount that is what should be paid but is should be a factor in deciding. As it is right now, it's useless to anyone except the current owner of the car
