Same, and that's what I've done three times (well, not build myself lol). I've had two Mopar Performance Magnum 360 crate engines. Can you believe the first one I bought in 2000 was only $3k?! Intake to oil pan rated at 300hp/375tq and it was definitely every bit of that. I bought another years later from someone who had bought one and never removed from crate. Now I have a 408 stroker which is super healthy. I have the extra cubes at a lessor cost than the 340. Granted, the 340 is legendary and a great engine so it would be nice but economically speaking.....
