Yes up but it ain't easy.
Bring up one piston, it will have two pistons at TDC at the same time, one per side, and then use a semi thick liquid to fill that one cylinder until it starts to run out the spark plug hole and then find one of the other two pistons that are at bottom dead center and do the same thing on one of those pistons, do the math on difference between the two and that will get you in the ballpark, NOT dead nuts perfect though tsk grin You can use one of the online calculators and add some more CC for head combustion chamber size to get you in the ballpark wrench scope work twocents
