Thanks for clarifying. My wife and I daily drove a /6 '72 Swinger for a while in the 1990s. It was also FY1 but with a white interior and white top. Very cool car, but the original tiny drum brakes were good for about three hard stops in heavy San Diego traffic and then you had to do a lot of swerving and dodging. grin

We both miss that car, so I periodically look at prices. There is another yellow 1970 340 Swinger advertised on one of the major old car dealer sites for $39K but it is supposedly matching numbers and maybe a little bit nicer than the Mecum car. Personally, I think that the price is a little high but as others have said... stuff just keeps creeping up.
